    The Professor by Charlotte Bronte
    The Mayor of Casterbridge by Thomas Hardy
    The Amber Spyglass (His Dark Materials, #3) by Philip Pullman
    The Hunting Party by Lucy Foley
    The Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney

    and they're all pretty good! :)

    Update -- I liked The Professor and The Mayor...
    I did not like The Amber Spyglass
    and I am still reading The Hunting Party & The Diary.... ;)

So my friend, Terri and I are reading a story written in 1925. An American Tragedy by Theodore Dreiser. We both decided to read this together as it's on our book bucket lists. Dust cover from 1926 edition We will share our progress, thoughts, opinions and eventually our individual reviews. Since libraries and book stores are closed nationally due to COVID-19, you can find either the paperback or kindle edition on Amazon. There are many editions on Kindle, but all the same story.
